Ingredients: 200 g flour; 120 g soft-ish butter (workable but not completely soft); 80 g powdered sugar; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 30 g ground almonds (almond meal); pinch of salt; 1 egg

A wonderful pâte sablée with almond meal. Perfect for tarts needing a sweet crust with just a little more structure and pate sucree.
