Marzipan

Name: Marzipan
Ingredients: 200 g ground almonds (almond meal); 150 g granulated sugar (caster sugar); 1/4 cup (60 mL) honey; 2 Tbsp water; 1/2 to 1 tsp pure almond extract or rose water (optional); 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)

Marzipan with honey and sugar mix that makes for a very smooth textured marzipan.
