Ingredients: 226 grams (2 sticks) unsalted butter; 250 grams (1 1/3 cup) granulated sugar; 4 large eggs, at room temperature; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon almond extract; 250 grams all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 60g (1/4 cup) sour cream; 1/4 cup (60ml) milk

A wonderful moist pound cake that bakes up nicely in a standard loaf pan (5x9 or 4x8). Top with chocolate or vanilla drizzle. Perhaps with whipped cream and berries!
