Ingredients: 375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional); 1 teaspoon salt (1/4 to 1/2 if using salted butter); 226g (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold to still fairly firm (not soft); 150g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar; 165g (3/4 cup) light brown sugar, packed; 2 large eggs; 1 tablespoon vanilla extract; 350g (2 cups) chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semisweet, as per your preference); 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped (optional)

Large puffy light chocolate chip cookies made in a food processor. No need to dirty up a bunch of bowls. Wonderful shape and texture!
