Ingredients: 250 grams (about 2 cups) all-purpose flour; 125 grams (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes; 60 grams (1/2 cup) powdered sugar; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 large egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
