Name: Cream Cheese and Raspberry Tart
Ingredients: 4 ounces (115 grams) cream cheese, at room temperature; 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated white sugar; 2 large eggs, at room temperature; 2/3 cup (160 ml) heavy cream; 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 1 teaspoon grated lemon (optional but best); 6 ounces (170 grams) fresh raspberries, washed and patted dry; any pate sucree or pate sablee (1 crust - blind baked); excellent with a recipe that uses almond meal (see pastry section); make sure to pre-bake (blind bake) - 375F for 15-18 minutes

Very simple and absolutely delicious cream cheese tart raspberries and vanilla.
