Name: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients: 1 stick (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature; 100 grams packed light brown sugar; 100 grams granulated sugar; 1 large egg (at room temp); 1 tsp vanilla; 180 grams all-purpose flour; 1 Tbsp cornstarch; ½ tsp (2.5 g) baking soda; ½ tsp (2.5 g) salt; 1 ½ cup (260 g or about 3/4 of a standard 12 oz package) chocolate chips; 1 cup (100 g) lightly toasted, coarsely chopped pecans (optional)
